A very natural technique to cure mental illnesses like depression and sleep disorders is light therapy. It triggers the production of Serotonin, the happiness hormone. The most natural way of receiving light therapy is exposure to sunlight. Sunlight prevents the growth of harmful microorganisms and stimulates the production of Vitamin D, an essential micronutrient for the body. It also is considered to be a healing and strengthening agent.
The SHRF campus receives sufficient daylight which elevates the mood and keeps the sleep cycle of a person in good shape. A well-lit campus also adds us to our sustainability factor as it makes us energy-efficient. As per green campus norms
