The construction and operation of buildings is one of the largest contributors to environmental pollution and resource consumption. Hence it is time we switch to green buildings as they do not disrupt the land, water, ecology and other resources in and around the building. All of the equipment and architecture has been with adherence to International standards but that hasn’t led up to compromise on the environment. Here’s why we’re different:

Maximum greenery area (30% of site) to improve the micro-climate and encourage bio-diversity
Native trees and vegetation will be planted to encourage bio-diversity

The top, fertile layer of soil was preserved for reuse.
