Movement Medicine

Movement Medicine

It is the termed used to refer to Rhythmic movement for the purpose of gaining good health. Movement medicine activity began to receive attention in the 1990s due to new recommendations that emphasized moderate-intensity physical activity.

Movement medicine gives you an opportunity to get to know yourself. Rhythm creates a trance that gives our mind space to explore itself. Walking for sufficient amount of time, at a pace faster than normal helps the muscles of the legs, limb girdle and lower trunk to strengthen and the flexibility of their cardinal joints to be adhered. At SHRF, this medicine is included and encouraged. In fact, we have separate modules and timings in our daily schedule for walking as well as cycling.
